الاقتراح بتولى المجالس العرفية القضاء

  د. فؤاد عبد المنعم رياض ـ وَرَدَ بإحدى الصحف أن نائبًا بالبرلمان تقدَّم باقتراح بإنشاء مجالس عرفية كى تسهم، على حد قوله، فى عمل القضاء لاستقرار المجتمع والقضاء على الفتن الطائفية. ولا يخفى ما فى هذا الاقتراح من إهدار لسيادة الدولة المتمثلة فى قدسية القانون وحرمة القضاء؛ ذلك أنه يقحم فى محراب القضاء هيئةً لا تلتزم بقوانين الدولة وتقوم قراراتها على التعصب وإدانة المجنى عليه بدلا من مرتكبى الجريمة والحكم بطرد المجنى عليه وأسرته أو الاستيلاء على أرض يمتلكها على سبيل الغرامة أو التعويض، وذلك لكون المجنى عليه مختلفا دينيا على الرغم من عدم ارتكاب المجنى عليه أى فعل يُعاقب عليه القانون. وبتغلغل التعصب الدينى منذ أوائل السبعينيات فى أنحاء مصر اكتسبت قرارات هذه المجالس العرفية قوة تنفيذ ذاتية

صفوت سمعان ـ قضية كنيسة الزنيقة بإسنا المتهم فيها 20 شخص منهم 5 أقباط تم الإفراج عن الجميع يوم 2018/9/22 بكفالة 1000 جنيه بعد استمرار حبس لمدة 30 يوما. وقيدت كقضية محكمة أمن دولة عليا، والتهم الموجهة للأقباط هى «إقامة شعائر دينية فى مكان غير مرخص مما أدى لإثارة الفتنه الطائفية»، وللجميع «تكدير الأمن والسلم العام وقطع وتعطيل الطرق».  مع العلم أن كنيسة الزنيقة قدمت أوراقها للتقنين، وطالما قدمت أوراقها فقانون بناء الكنائس أقر إقامة الشعائر بها وعدم منعها حتى تحدد اللجنة المشكّلة من عشرات الوزارات والهيئات موقفها منها.  ولكن الأمن أغلقها بدعوى منع وإثارة الفتن مثل عشرات الكنائس التى تم غلقها منذ أقرار بناء قانون الكنائس.  وإسنا تعاني من التشدد وعدم قابلية قبول فكرة بناء كنيسة أو ترخيصها أو السماح

Coptic Christians Deprived of Home Worship Hall in Egypt

By Morning Star News –  Nearly a year after declaring that attacks on Christians had hit a level not seen in decades, a Coptic Orthodox bishop in Egypt continues to lament a stream of incidents of violence against churches in Upper Egypt. Coptic Orthodox Bishop-General of Minya Anba Makarios this month confirmed that an Islamist assault on four Christians’ homes after mosque prayers on Aug. 31 left two Copts with knife wounds in the head and face. By Egyptian Initiative for Personal Rights – The Egyptian Initiative for Personal Rights (EIPR) condemns the pressure exerted by state authorities on the affected Copts in the village of Dimshaw Hashim in Minya governorate to accept the customary reconciliation in relation to the attacks on some of them and which resulted in the injury of two Copts, looting, smashing and setting four houses on fire.
